1.Product principle

3.Test procedure
1. weighed 5 grams of sample, adding 10 ml of complete buffer solution, and shake 1min,
standing, learn to clarify the extract.
2, open the pesticide Tachometer, so that the temperature constant is 39-40 ℃; remove
the protective film Rapid Test, insert Tachometer heated tank, heated white enzyme tablet
placed side, dropping a 70-80 sample treatment solution slightly (2-3 drops) on the
enzyme-speed on-chip test card, pre-reaction heat for 10 minutes, while 70-80 with a
buffer solution increased slightly (2-3 drops) as control blank.
3, close the cover Tachometer pesticide residues, so that red piece of substrate film
coincides with the enzyme, the reaction color change observed after 3 minutes to judge
the results.

Negative:
if the sample and the control enzyme film is similar to the blue blank ,it is negative, that is not
excessive pesticide residues;
Positive :
If the sample enzyme tablets do not change color, or color the results compared with the
control blank blue were significantly different, compared to strongly positive, that is, excessive
pesticide residues;
Weak positive:
That is between slightly excessive pesticide residues and the strong positive.
